Коротка шкала для оцінки труднощів у відчутті причетності в умовах вимушеної зміни середовища. Охоплює чотири параметри: ідентифікацію, участь, конгруентність та зв'язок.

Варіанти відповіді: Зовсім не погоджуюся (1); Скоріше не погоджуюся (2); Ні так, ні ні (3); Скоріше погоджуюся (4); Цілком погоджуюся (5).
Підрахунок балів
Загальний бал = сума 4 пунктів (4–20). Вищий бал = більш виражені труднощі з відчуттям причетності. Жоден пункт не реверсується. Українська психометрична адаптація, нормативні межі, percentiles/T-scores або score-to-percentile table не публікувались; score_norms не заповнюються.
