Brief Resilient Coping Scale (BRCS) оцінює схильність справлятися зі стресом адаптивно: шукати гнучкі рішення, контролювати власну реакцію, бачити можливість зростання і активно відновлювати втрачені ресурси. Це коротка шкала ресурсу, а не клінічний діагноз і не повний профіль травматичного відновлення.
Характеристики
PsyMeasure uses its own Ukrainian translation of the BRCS item set printed in the open-access CC BY 4.0 Kocalevent et al. (2017) standardization article; the article data are covered by CC0 unless otherwise stated. A 2025 Ukrainian conflict-context study reports back-translation and good BRCS psychometric behavior, but it does not provide reusable Ukrainian item wording or Ukrainian score norms in this pass, so the catalog status stays translated rather than adapted. BRCS is not a duplicate of IDR-14, Ukrainian Resilience, PsyCap-12C, or Brief COPE: it is a four-item standalone resilient-coping disposition scale, not a broad recovery profile, war-context resilience inventory, psychological-capital subscale, or multi-facet coping strategy inventory.

BRCS total is the raw sum of four items scored 1-5, range 4-20. There are no reverse-scored items. Common BRCS bands are 4-13 low, 14-16 medium, and 17-20 high resilient coping. The encoded percentile table is an external German reference, not Ukrainian norms.
